I stayed in a double or twin room. the room was clean and spacious enough for my needs. the guest services were really helpful. They answered all my questions. the hotel is close to plaza mayor and multiple transportation options (i used the subway).
The shower was nice, but the water temperature kept changing (it was annoying). i found a red stain on my duvet. It was under the mattress. the reception apologized and the room got a fresh look, though.

the rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. everything was clean and the air conditioning worked well. the bathroom had a good size with plenty of water pressure. toiletries were provided and were of good quality.
the pool hours were somewhat limited it closed relatively early and opened after checkout time.

the breakfast offered a wide selection i found everything i wanted. they arranged packed breakfasts with early departures. the buffet offered many choices and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.

the rooftop area had a jacuzzi available for guest use. the hotel is within walking distance to many sites. the building looked decent and spacious and i was very happy with the hotel.

the room i booked had a comfortable layout. the hotel provided fresh towels daily. the location was near many sites and restaurants, it was convenient for exploring. we easily arranged hotel transfers.
the pool is smaller than expected. it's really more for cooling off rather than swimming laps.

the location was convenient, about a minute's walk to the metro. the rooftop jacuzzi pool was a nice touch. the staff was helpful and pleasant.
I found the area to be a bit poor. the air conditioning was quite noisy, even on the lowest setting. there was a refundable deposit of 20 euros required for an iron. I thought this was unusual.

I found the location very convenient, especially with easy access to the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop sun area (it was a nice surprise!) and the plunge pool. The room offered a good size with super soft towels.
The air conditioning did not work in my room. I had to open the window, and it was a bit noisy at night.

the rooftop terrace and pool area were available.
the breakfast quality disappointed me. the scrambled eggs were undercooked and resembled snot. noise easily penetrated the rooms. children ran through corridors late at night and i found this very disturbing.
